A control room of roughly 7 by 4.5 metres, with a separate machine room next door.
The machine room is the part that matters most and gets talked about least. Every computer, converter and fan in the building lives in there, which means the room you are actually working in is silent. You can put a condenser up in front of the desk and not record the studio itself, and when you are listening for detail at low level there is nothing underneath it.
Monitoring is ATC SCM45As and Kii Three BXTs with a PSI sub, corrected by a Trinnov MC8 Pro. Two very different sets of speakers, both accurate, plus Neumann KH80s for the small and nasty check. The Trinnov means I can trust the low end in a room this size, which is the thing that usually catches people out about mixing in a space that was not purpose-built.
There is no dedicated live room. It is big enough to track vocals, guitars, bass and overdubs comfortably, and drums if you are relaxed about the sound. If a project needs a big live space I will do that session elsewhere and bring it back here to mix.
